  • Free Shipping: All items under 10kg qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

  • Over 10kg (Air Shipping): For items over 10kg, a shipping fee will be charged based on the weight of the item. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout for air shipping.

  • Oversized Items (Above 15kg):

    • Sea Shipping: Oversized items weighing above 15kg will be shipped via sea shipping, and the delivery is free. Sea shipping takes 25 to 30 days, and delivery times may vary depending on the season and any limitations.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping:

Lost or Stolen Packages: TryKid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure. Contact the carrier for assistance if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package.

Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, contact us at trykidshop@gmail.com. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
